I am in love with my spencer. However, I was very disappointed that I didn't receive my birth control shot. Anytime I call they say it was "Filled" November 7th, but I never received the shipment. I had to pay for a birth control shot at my doctors office & I had Pack4u transfer back my shots to my original pharmacy, but they are always on time with the pills & they are very accurate with them and they are nice on the phone to me, but that incident made you loose a star.

I’m ecstatic using Spencer “the Dispenser”. I havent missed a single day of medications since I began using it. I am using a blue tooth blood pressure monitor to monitor and track my results..and I can even get a print out for the doctor of the results. If I have any questions, Theresa has been so good in answering them in a more than timely manner. They’re delivery system has been flawless and super effective and friendly!! I give them a 10 out 5!
