I was recommended to use TFA signs and unfortunately have been continuously ignored. I've called many times, left a voice mail and have emailed now 3 times to try and get a quote or even talk to someone but no response or call backs. Bad customer service :(

Completely pleased with this superlative sign vendor!

Called a few places to create 4 window clings for my business. 2 businesses responded right away. TFA came back with a lower quote. They were much cheaper than FedEx (aka Kinkos). Communication with the people at TFA was excellent. Everything was handled professionally. I had to make several changes to the color. Each time, the response was quick and they never made me feel bad for requesting these changes. The final product was better than I expected. After I purchased the clings I had trouble putting them up. Naomi, the rep I was communicating with replied with within a day with a YouTube

Don't waste your money there "designers " simply copy and paste images from Google rather than create something unique. Being that they charge a design fee that is an issue. The magnets flew off my car when I was on the highway after I properly installed them. Too bad I am a Realtor and my office has over 50 new agents and I would have recommended them. David Yupe was very friendly and responsive during the process but I will not go back, there are many other companies that do the same. Waste of time and marketing dollars....

We had them quote on a big sign and a few other things. We had another company come in a fraction cheaper and in spite of how much we liked these guys, we decided to save a few bucks.
Well let's just say there was a reason the other guy was so cheap. We called tfa back and they rushed things through and got everything done in time for our opening. No extra charge. Fantastic customer service. Great product. We will never use anyone else.

Had an emergency, printer went out, needed a page printed out with a list of equipment and couple of colored pictures of my cafe on the bottom. I ended up getting a cheap piece of paper with faded lettering and very poor quality pictures on the bottom and was charged $35! This place is way too expensive and poor quality work. Went to another place and received what I needed for $1.

A great place to have your signs/print. Seung is a professional creator and his ideas and designs is almost like he works for universal studios special effect. I always advise him to go and work for some Hollywood film making company and he smiles. I will always do business with them even though they could be very slow to come fix something for me but the wait is worth it. I will tell all my friends and recommend them for all.

Tfa sign did the awning sign for my newly opened business and I am really satisfied with the result and their wonderful service. It took them about 2 days to install after they got permit from the city. They do the perfect design, always answer my questions, willing to fix and change what I asked them to. The price is reasonable I actually got quotes from some other sign places before choosing this company, it was way too expensive than tfa sign. If I open an other business in the future, I'll definitely chose Tfa again. Thank you!
