I called them to come and change my flat tire. When he got there he stated he did not have the tool needed to unlock my spare. I didn't need any special tool I truly believe he just didn't want to change it and then said he could tell my car to NTB which was literally across the street and he charge me $365. When I was on the phone I was quoted $295. They totally prey on people in desperate situations and they are total crooks

Wonderful service, reliable, affordable, friendly, and fast. I'm so happy I went with Dallas Towing Service instead of someone else. The driver was there to pick me up within 10 minutes when my car broke down. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends and will definitely use this service again.

It's always a gamble when it comes to car services. Dallas Towing service made it easy for me. The driver was pleasant, professional and understood my situation. He came to pick up the car in about 20 minutes from my call for help. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future if needed.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company!!!!! They are crooks!!! They charge $450 to tow a vehicle from an accident scene. They don't provide that info upfront either. Had I known that, I NEVER would've allowed them to tow my truck. When I spoke to my insurance adjuster, he thought that was an outrageous price. I called another company after the fact just to get their rate and the rate was $185 for an accident tow.
And the only reason they got 1 star was because you cannot post a comment without a star. They need negative stars!
