Through my training and years of experience, I believe that there isn't one therapeutic discipline that fits everyone. We are all unique. I utilize a variety of approaches to help you become better- personally, sexually and professionally. Integrating a variety of approaches to include strengths perspective, cognitive behavioral techniques, emotionally focused therapy, and structural family therapy are just some of the approaches.
Individual counseling is a personal choice when you are wanting to regain control over various life events. We all go through various stages in our lives that challenge us personally and professionally.

Individual counseling can help you regain that control and learn new coping skills whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, loss, relationship issues, chronic illness, sexual health concerns or just feel like strengthening your current situation.Taking a holistic approach provides me the opportunity to focus on individual strengths and put a plan together to assist you with regaining control.

Allowing someone to be emotionally vulnerable means allowing yourself to be emotionally vulnerable, which can be a scary place.
Being mindful and accepting of your moment-to-moment thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and surroundings allow you to focus on the present rather than the past. Sexual health is a very important part of your whole self. In most of our minds, satisfying sex and love go hand-in-hand.
