I can't say enough positive things about Madison Jewelers. We initially went to Diamonds Direct due to our general cluelessness and their heavy advertising which claimed bottom dollar on all things shiny. Diamonds Direct reminded me of a used car lot. Love this jewelry store. The staff is friendly and everybody went above and beyond to help me.

Went there for a wedding band to go with a custom engagement ring. They were able to get 2 1mm bands and 2 1.5mm bands overnight for me to decide. Phil listened to what I wanted and suggested a cheaper option… to do it that was even more in line with what I was envisioning. I brought my engagement ring in on a scheduled date, and it was ready to pick up the next afternoon. It’s perfect, and super reasonably priced (half of what I was anticipating)!! Will definitely be returning for my jewelry needs!

A superb store! I would give it ten stars! My wife and I found out about this establishment on the internet. We visited for the first time this afternoon. Part of what attracted us was their website. At the store we were greeted warmly and treated with respect and professionalism. Mr. Paul Ralph, Owner/CEO, and Miss Maddie Ralph, CEO, we’re helpful informative. What an amazing jewelers , very friendly staff, knowledgeable, affordable and not to mention the fine jewelry they carry. I met and spoke with Phil this afternoon after picking up a tennis bracelet they repaired for me and what a fantastic job they did. Phil showed me the work they done and how to operate the new clasp very thorough he was. I love this place Its very welcoming and extremely friendly not to mention the expertise work they do. Thanks for being in my neighborhood!!!! Phil thanks for taking time to have a conversation 😜😜
