Thank you O'Brien's Plumbing! Called on Saturday afternoon and they answered the phone. Wasn't an exchange either, which is fine too, but one less step, so time bonus, especially during an emergency, which I had. Ryan called me shortly there after, walks me though some steps on the phone, decides it's best to come out, which he does within less than an hour from the original call I placed, and gets the job done quickly and cleanly. And affordably as well, extremely fair. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I'm a Contractor as well, so I get it. Great asset to

We have relied on the quality service offered by O'Brien Plumbing for over 7 years, dealing mostly with Tristen and Tyson. Well, no more. Seems these two high quality employees are no longer around...and with them went.this company's service. Our last experience (March 2021) was very negative and we will never use O'Brien Plumbing again. Why? When Jason showed up to repair our tankless water heater he said he didn't know how to fix it, and so as the homeowner it was up to us to repair it!! So long Jason and so long O'Brien Plumbing.

I called O'Brien with an emergency plumbing issue and the woman who answered the phone told me I'd have to wait a week to have someone come out. When I told her it was urgent, and I asked if she could refer me, she treated me like I am an idiot. If O'Brien's plumbers are so booked, maybe they should hire more. Better yet -- replace the person answering the phone. In this small town, companies often make referrals. It's Lake Arrowhead, not Wall Street where businesses feel like they have to eat their competitors for lunch. O'Brien was first recommended to us by neighbors

Quoted us 5X another reputable plumber quoted us and for work we did not need. Our experience with O'Brien Plumbing was dishonesty at it's worst. The plumber and his assistant arrived to diagnose the problem. They spent no more than 10 minutes onsite and suggested a fix the was very involved. We did not trust that 10 minutes was sufficient to determine the root cause of our problem and followed up with a different plumber here on the mountain. It turned out, with a little work, that the issue was contained and did not need the multi-thousand-dollar solution quoted by the O'Brien

I am writing this email because the last 1 star review does not in any way shape or form depict the excellent service that I have received from O'Brien Plumbing. I have worked primarily with Tyson but others on staff have occasionally serviced my home in Lake Arrowhead. I trust them emphatically and they have a proven track record with me with my last remodel. I am about to close escrow on a new property and I will be working with them once again. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They came highly recommended by my trusted contractor and I feel fortunate to have found such a reliable and

Theses guys are really top notch! Tristian (hope that's spelled right) and another guy came out. Tristan dealt with our home warranty company with us to get authorized to do our repair. He was so nice and patient and didn't complain in the slightest for the extra time it took to do it! Once they started working it was fast and done right. He made sure we were good to go! After three days of no hot water with rain and snow fall he was greatly appreciated! Even calling the office we felt like they cared and wanted to help... which was nice because we called around to about 8 other companies

I used these guys years ago, and they were great. This time, they sent out two young men. They told me that their snake wouldn't fit down a two inch clear out pipe. I didn't feel like arguing, letting them know that the previous time they had been out, that was exactly what they did, and for $100 less than what they quoted me.
Next they proceed to tell me that they need to pull off the toilet, to get to the clog from there, looking under the house to confirm it. Then quoting me two, and a half times more money to do it than the clean out.
I pulled off the toilet today, and the pipe goes the opposite

I never used these guys, since they quoted me a price more than double their competitor's.
But that's not the reason for a 3 star review. The issue was that even though I didn't ask this, the person I spoke to, told me they're "the only one on the mountain with a sewer camera". Why make such a claim that's simply not true?
When I called back to cancel the appointment and inform them they're not the only ones with the camera, this person ignorantly commented with "yes I know... that's cool (to cancel)" and got off the phone really quickly
