DONT stay here! We had a night booked here in June 2021. When we got there, there were bugs in the room (within minutes of being there… we saw several). We went to the front desk where no one was attending the desk. Finally, someone came to the front desk and when we told them the situation, they were extremely rude. We told them we wouldn’t be staying there and Hotwire would call them for us to get a refund. When Hotwire called, they would hang up on them. We are still fighting trying to get our money back. I hope no one ever stays there.

We stayed just a night, but everything was great! The room was in really good condition and we had no issues during our stay.
We didn't realize but we were supposed to check out the next morning and instead thought we were staying another night. Jodie from the front desk was kind enough to call us and ask if we wanted to stay another night, in fact she went ahead and put us in for another night. We insisted on a very late checkout (1.30 pm) and she was very kind, she didn't end up charging us even though it was our mistake! Next time you're in Moab, stay here!

Stayed here 10/18/2021. We had a leaky tent on a cold, rainy night and decided to find a hotel to stay at instead. Most places in Moab had "reservation agents" who needed you to spell out Moab to figure out which hotel you were talking about. Hotel Moab had a friendly voice answer the phone who was actually sitting behind the front desk. Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Location is possibly the best in Moab. You can feel 100% confident that you and your family will enjoy a night here.

Easy to find. Very good price for the area. Hotel is older, but our room was well-kept and had modern appliances and bedding. Be aware if you arrive after 11pm, you'll have to pick up keys at another location, but there is a sign on the door giving those details. Convenient to everything in town and to Arches National Park. We were pleased for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Stayed one night.

Location is great but we had a leaking bathroom ceiling. We were in an ADA room because of my roomie, and the leak was directly over the place where the wheelchair would be in front of the bathroom sink. Numerous calls were disconnected as I called and called again. 20 minutes later he said he would send someone the next day...never happened.
But the Canyon Steak and Waffle is right there and delicious. The shop next door, Hogan's Trading I think,SO worth it!

I stayed three nights with my kids at Hotel Moab Downtown March 18-21, 2021. I made the reservation using my Debit car and paid the bill with my Amex card. The total bill was 511.77 for my stay. I was charged the total amount on my Amex, and an additional $132.47 on my Debit. I realized a few weeks later and assumed Hotel Moab made a mistake, so April 7, I sent a detailed email with my reservation and dates of the changes. I then followed up with a phone call to ensure they received it. They said they did receive it and were working to correct it.
Fast forward to August, I realized they never

BED BUGS!!! Over 13 bed bugs found in first 10 minutes in room. Immediately advised front office, 2-3 other families were before us all leaving for same issue. They have an infestation here, they were on/in both beds, ceiling, windows. Just covered it's a true INFESTATION! Couldn't imagine waking up to a big in the bed or on my face!!! Yuck! Owner ran off when we checked out, this place should be condemned and closed. For the health and safety of your family don't book here.

Check in was easy, rooms was pretty big for two double beds, amenities were reasonable, had a nice balcony if you want to eat outside (but it was cold), price was right and they offered coffee and tea in the lobby. Plenty of parking as well. Location was right on Main Street and about 10min to Bryce Canyon National Park if no traffic from the road work.

Great for our two night stay! The room was huge and the bathroom was great for a motel. The shower was AMAZING - way nicer than mine at home, and perfect for sore muscles after hiking. The beds were pretty comfortable, and our room even had a nice little balcony. The room has a Keurig, and while the coffee they offered wasn't great you could always bring your favorite pods from home.
You cannot beat the location of this place! Easy to get to, nice big parking lot, and steps away from all the shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's nice to be able to leave you car here when you need

I wouldn't go back to many other options in Moab! Parking was difficult to find. Some People had there trucks and trailers taking several spots. They don't offer a breakfast. The first night we had a couple screaming at each other on and off for several hours, from about 1 AM to close to 4 AM. A couple neighbors screamed at them to shut up and they would quiet down for a bit and start up again. Front desk was no where to be found. The place was reasonable clean. House keeping cleaned up our room once in the three nights we were there.
No way would I stay here again!

We stayed here during our national park road trip with my parents
This is pretty much a no frills hotel - the rooms are pretty basic
What was annoying was that we had to wait about 10 minutes for the front desk attendant to show up - not sure what they were doing.
The nice thing is that it is right in the downtown area of Moab so wandering around town is pretty easy.
If you don't need any frills of a high end hotel, this would be the place to stay.

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable.... the AC was noisy but the windows open and it was cool at night so a non issue for me.
It is right downtown so the location was great.
The checkin staff didn't seem to know much about the town which was disappointing.
The Internet worked intermittently and the top dresser drawer slowly opened all by itself all the time.

We stayed here the first week of May. Hotel Moab is centrally located with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and served our needs for 4-nights. There is free parking on-site. And check-in was reasonably quick and friendly.
It's an older hotel with dated bathrooms and fixtures. There's no closets for your clothes. I believe some of the rooms may be remodeled. However, ours was not. We had a 2nd floor room in the main building/lobby of the hotel. We were originally facing the street side, but we could immediately tell that it was going to make for

The only nice thing about this hotel was the bed. 120/night for a room with a broken vent piece on the wall and counter in the bathroom. I understand we were not given a renovated room but this was a broken down reject room in the corner. Half of the outlets didn't work, the tv hardly worked and when we notified the front desk we were told that maintenance wouldn't come until morning which was fine. However, when maintenance showed up he spent less than 20 minutes looking at the tv before telling us it must be the cable provider....
I will say that the ladies working the front desk
