Classic bait and switch operation. I made reservations 10 months ago, when I went to check in I was told I had no reservation.
I've had multiple reminder emails from about reservation and communication with… motel requesting a 4pm check-in, which was approved.
It was a Friday afternoon, while driving up I noticed no-vacancy signs in town. I had no choice but to accept a double bed room at the back of the property for more money than the Deluxe King Suite I had originally reserved.
The guy at the front desk lied, when they ran my credit card I got a notice from booking dot com! If they didn

Great little place with some killer views. I even found some pronghorn sheds while walking around in the morning. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Check in and out super easy. Felt very safe and the rooms were clean. Bed was comfy enough fridge and microwave in the room. You get your dollar’s worth here for sure!!!!

Don't recommend this place at all. Saying rooms are small is too generous to say. You can't even take a normal shower because the shower place is so small and the water so high and impossible to adjust that is… a bad joke. So noisy that you can hear exactly the TV and chat from the other room, unless you turn the AC on, then you feel inside an engine so loud that is impossible to rest or hear anything else. First and last time here.

Nothing fancy, but who needs fancy with all the sights to see around Moab. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are cleaned. The staff is very helpful. Considering the bargain room rate, the breakfast is… fantastic with eggs, sausage, juices, breads, etc.. Next time I'm back in Moab this will be my preferred place to stay, unless I'm camping in the backcountry.
