Everyone in business starts with a dream. For us, it began in 1984 when my dad, Alex and I first opened our doors to Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers. In the jewelry business, there are many retailers who have passed the business down from generation to generation. Even though my dad and I were technically two generations, we considered ourselves to be first generation owners.
My courageous parents were from Germany and Holocaust survivors so I take great pride in being a first generation American. I can tell you, at the time, opening a business seemed a little daunting. We were well aware of long-time family jewelry stores in the Toledo area but we had a vision for a different kind of store.

If you value your furs, professional storage is a necessity. During the Spring and Summer months your precious furs become vulnerable to the environment and degrade over time. However, there is something you can do to protect your possessions. Stored in our state of the art Fur Vault, your items will be kept at approximately 40-44°F and at a humidity of 45-50%.

Very disappointed. 1st time in the store and they talked a good game. They did not have exactly what we were looking for and were told they would do some research, and could even do custom if necessary. After almost 2 weeks without a word from Michael I reached out. I finally got a response with one option. It still wasn't quite right. I was told if I could find my own setting they would put one of their diamonds in it. So I was pretty much on my own, never heard from them again. I went to another jewelry store and within a day I had several options being brought in for me to look at. One was almost

First, I am completely blown away at the level of service I received from Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers! My fiancé (still so weird to say) proposed on a Thursday night, Friday afternoon I took this gorgeous engagement ring in to be sized and they told me it would be ready by 3 pm Saturday (as in the VERY next day!!) I was shocked!!
Secondly, when I picked it up the entire staff was genuinely happy for me and my excitement!! I recommend them to everyone.
Michael went out of his way for my fiancé and daughter when they arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. He didn't turn them away or rush

I admit that the first time I patronized Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers had everything to do with the fact that I knew Jeff and his family dating back to our junior high school days. Theirs is a lovely family, genuinely kind and always welcoming. So when it became time to enjoy some grown-up jewelry, there was no decision to be made.
