I went to Jensen's looking for a 50th anniversary gift for my wife early in July and decided on a pair of diamond stud ear rings . I returned in early August and met with Jim Jensen and Shannon and told them what I wanted and when I needed them by . Jim said he would get the diamonds and the mountings and have them for me in time for our anniversary . When they arrived they called me on the phone and offered me the option to come and look at them before they mounted the diamonds and explained to me the GIA certification. Long story short my wife was totally surprised and couldn't be happier . It

I originally came in needing a ring fixed after my requests for the ring were ignored elsewhere. A friend recommended Jensen's and I am so glad she did. Not only did they listen to my ideas, they had more ideas and were able to make the ring better than expected.
They also were able to help me design the engagement ring of my dreams. They kept me and my fiancé involved in the process and made sure we were happy with every step. They even resized the ring within a day when I realized the ring was slightly too big.
