Attended today for an MRI scan, yesterday I received an appointment Sunday 23rd for a ultrasound scan, of which I was not able to attend. Having travelled 25 miles to get to the hospital, after having my MRI, I went to the X-ray department, spoke to the receptionist, who said she would see what she could do, she came back to me, and said if I was willing to wait, they would fit me in today. 10 mins later I was called in for my ultrasound.
I have found everyone at the hospital so helpful, especially during these extreme circumstances.
Thank you all at Lincoln County Hospital.

I wish to give ZERO stars however not an option.
Absolutely disgusted at the reception staff in a&e.
I arrived with an incredibly unwell 5 year old child, with letter from GP to be seen immediately due to seriousness.
The so called "navigator" was so rude and stated a&e was too busy so would have to wait for UCT.
2 hours passed and my husband found a nurse to help. On doing my sons obs was alarmed to find he was scoring a 7 on the child's popscore...and an 8 would require ICU so very serious!
Cannot verbalise how disgusted I am at the treatment from the reception staff. Such lack of care and

A&E - staff behaviour / attitude below standards. Unskilled staff, struggling with some cases. Lack of emphaty from reception staff (even when someone is lying on the floor they are not really bothered). Looks like they are doing everything to convince patients to do not come to Lincoln hospital. The only positive thing is refurbished waiting area... that's why two stars, not one

Disgraceful place, discarded muzzles everywhere. Trumped up nurses with her own mask on her chin trying to push the narrative, data protection breaches by having to leave your details for the whole world to see. Not a safe place to be especially for the elderly.

Absolutely disgraceful, my husband went with a suspected fractured rib and breathing problems. I chaperoned him as he is my full time carer. Was told I had to leave, waiting time to be seen was a 24hr wait. There was no chairs as all were taken so asked if he could have one as he was in pain standing, was told he had to stand and wait..

I recently had to spend a week in the hospital. I can honestly say that EVERY member of staff was professional, caring and helpful.
Great to see staff from so many backgrounds working as a team, towards one goal, the care of the patient. Big thank you to everyone in MEAU (b)
for taking great care of me. Underfunded, understaffed and overworked, yet all of the staff (particularly the nurses) showed how caring they are.
Thank you.

The place that transmits approximately 25 percent of all new covid infections and yet we stayed at home locked whilst your lot carry on doing as you please...and still you think it's ok to steal last moments of life from our dying loved ones. You refuse to let us see our own dying relatives, why??
Remember the rules..stay at home, protect the NHS, save life's.....the hypocrisy is unbelievable!!!!

Arrived at around 5pm, was checked in and processed to a&e in about 2 hours. Was then a 7 hour wait time before there was a bed in the correct ward, but all of the a&e staff were wonderful and helped as much as they could. Once checked into the correct ward, everything was clearly explained to me, and I was comfortable the whole time. Special shoutout to Erin at Greetwell!
