After 30 years of legal practice and encounters with hundreds of different attorneys across the United States, I believe Mark Schondorf is possibly the single worst attorney I know. He made a poor mistake that could have led to a permanent contempt of court finding against me and that cost me thousands of dollars. He refused to correct that mistake (because it embarrassed him) until it was almost too late to make a difference--and then only after another lawyer and I wrote almost all of his legal brief for him. Stay away from Mark Schondorf and Hecht Schondorf. Finally, I had to leave one star

If you want results Mark Schondorf is the lawyer to go to. He fights for his clients, especially those with businesses, and helps you divide the assets to what the law allows. An honest review by a recent client, not a friend or acquaintance posing as one. Let me be clear, stay away from this Firm! I have never been represented by such an incompetent lawyer as with Mr. Schondorf. This attorney brings a big fat zero to the table. You will most likely lose your case and waste your hard earned dollars in the process. You will also find yourself doing most of the talking because Mr. Schondorf is simply unable to articulate any type of defense while in the Court Room. He demonstrated little to no skill-set when working on my case. I take no pleasure in writing a negative

Mark was attentive, explained what was going what to expect, and always went over all of the options available and got his opinion on which course of action is the best strategy. Mark clearly is concerned with the client and to get the best possible option for them. He is concerned about doing what is best for his client even if it is not necessarily the course of action that makes his life easier or his bill larger. If you need any attorney who will look out for you first, mark is the attorney for you.
