I reached out to Lamberg Law in Dec of 2020 regarding my case where I believed a potential employer mishandled my background check, and the background check company was negligent in handling my information. SMS stop wasn't honored by a bill collector. Over 23 times. Lemberg did take care of it and I was awarded a settlement. Most communication was done over email and I am in a different state so it worked out. I feel there should have been a little more communication. The percentage was a little high however the agreement was black and white. They do not have money transfer options and they charge for overnight. I feel at 40% they could have paid the overnight.

I had a case of creditor harassment from a major national bank. After a dozen attorneys in Texas declined to take my case I found Lemberg Law on Google. They were very professional from the start. I recently contacted them and was told that they could npt help me bc i had an account with the bill collector that was harassing me?! I think 9 out of 10 people that are harassed by a bill collector have an account with them. Bill collectors dont usually randomly select peoe to start annoying by calling 20 times a day. Their website is misleading, never once said anything along the lines of we can not help you if you ha e an account with the bill collector that is harassing you. So if that is your situation, do not send in your information. Unless you need somebody else having your phone number

I have no idea where these guys are successful because they emailed me a letter today from a suit I filed in August of 2018 and today they are telling me they were dropping my case and "good luck" in the future.
When you first call, their representatives are extremely nice and make you believe you have a sure case on your hands. However; you hear nothing from them until the letter arrives they are dropping you with no reason explained. I asked repeatedly if I should be paying something during the interim and their answer was "we can not advise you to pay or not". Huh? I&apos

Great firm helped me with a problem that I was not able to resolve myself. Everyone there was available for my questions and I was never rushed off the phone. I was happy with this firm until it was time for them to send me my check.
They called me on a Thursday to verify my mailing address. A week later I still hadn't received the check. Then a week later they tell me it was mailed today a week later.
They call me to tell me it was being mailed then held it for a week. I still haven't received it. If they had given me the option I would have paid to have it overnighted.
Funny they got their share now I'm at their beckoning call as to when they will finally send mine.

Got home from the hospital yesterday and received your first class letter stating you were dropping my case. Zero details as to why were provided in the correspondence. Businesses can pay for a 5 star rating with the BBB, please be advised of this. Seeking out another lawyer/firm to assist me in stopping these calls. FTC has already been contacted and informed of the numbers. Sad that citizens being harassed by fraud companies mean nothing to this firm. I probably would have put 3 or 4 stars if there was even a sentence about why my case is being dropped. A big thank you for the wasted time. Too

Haven't used a lawyer too many times before but this place did not live up to my past experiences. I hired them because my truck has had ongoing problems since the day after I bought it. The dealer refuses to acknowledge the problems that are impossible not to notice with just a drive around the block and are now refusing to take it into service. When I contacted Lemberg law I told them I wanted to pursue a lemon law case. They got back to me saying they would rather do a warranty case. They asked for all documents I received from the dealer which I gave them. They've kept me completely

Misleading client and mismanaging settlement funds. Sent me a check only to find out the day of, there was a stop payment on check. New check was sent out, only to be 1,000 dollars short. No one from Lemberg Law has called to explain the difference. Attorney Alex said he would call me, but he went on vacation and left it for someone else to handle. Very unprofessional. Meanwhile they over charged me and can care less, but that OK. I will have CBA investigate this for me, since no one from your office wont to give me a explanation.

Lemburg Law stopped a company from harassing me and I mean quick not only that but they got me a settlement from the company for my pain and suffering these lawyers are on it and do a great job if you have someone harassing you please give them a call and they will put a stop to it immediately..
