The primary approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but also includes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Integral Psychotherapy.

Todd is by far the most effective therapist I've ever seen. He employs evidence-based, current, and well-researched treatment methodologies and coping skills. He's a wonderful balance of good listening and appropriate interruption to keep me from "going down the rabbit hole"; as well as acknowledging and honoring emotion and thought patterns, while providing methods for healthy redirection. I don't think I've ever left his office without carrying some form of physical materials to take with me, whether it's educational tools or self-reflection cards to keep in
