Great service and dental care! Dr Loren is conscientious and thorough, and he puts his patient at ease and he always backs his (and his predecessors'...) work when things don't go as planned. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I have been going to lakeside for 8 years and they take such good care of me and my teeth I can't imagine going to any other practice. Keep up the great work and thanks!

This used to be an amazing practice. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Dr. Hoffman and Hygienist Krystle were the best around. Both are no longer there and it shows! After Dr. Hoffman left, I no longer felt comfortable and confident in the services I received at Lakeside. The entire Admin Staff has been replaced with a team of people who could care less. I have been billed multiple times for bills that were paid months ago. I took the morning off of work for the appointment I scheduled months in advance. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a note on the door. The ENTIRE OFFICE is CLOSED UNTIL JANUARY

I made an appointment on Monday to see my dentist for a check up and was told an appointment was available on Wednesday. After I was sitting in the procedure room I was told by the dental hygienist that my dentist had left the practice and had begun a fellowship program in Alabama and that I would be seen by his replacement. I was shocked, to say the least, that the practice had the audacity to conceal this information from me. I decided to get the rest of the exam done by the new provider. I have nothing negative to say about the care provided, but I have no confidence in the way this practice

In the past, have had great experiences with Lakeside Dental, but not lately. I had an appointment for a cleaning that they changed multiple times (why offer me a time you're just going to cancel?). Then, they put my husband through heck. They said he needed a crown replaced. After removing the old crown and giving him a temporary, the dentist left on parental leave. Instead of assigning my husband's case to another dentist in the practice, they held his new crown hostage for six weeks, waiting for the original dentist to return. I was delighted with Lakeside Dental!! Everyone was so kind, caring, courteous, and professional. Sandra was the gentlest hygienist ever!! I had grown so accustomed to my gums being tender and sore after a cleaning, but there was not even a trace of soreness!! She even used the Cavitron, which I had grown to dread, but even that experience was very pleasant. I feel so fortunate to have recently moved to Cornelius and landed at such a wonderful practice! I would recommend this practice to anyone.
