Kelly is the officer manager at Whalen Dentistry. She is from a small town in the center of North Carolina, but has lived in the Lake Norman area around eleven years. She loves living here and has made some wonderful friends. She has two adult children and two beautiful and perfect grand-daughters who she tries to see as often as possible.

I went in several weeks ago with a broken front crown. Some time ago I had all of my upper front teeth crowned at the same time to fix my smile. Dr. Whalen was such a professional and I appreciated his perfection, I wanted it to look the same if i could. His staff is all very friendly, and make you feel safe and at home. The office appearance shows cleanliness. It also makes you feel comfortable.

Dr Whalen is a fantastic dentist who has surrounded himself with a fabulous, competent, professional staff. He’s a smart man! I have never liked dentist visits. And honestly, I chose Dr Whalen because I… researched local dentists who offered same day crown technology. I feel like the luckiest patient ever! He recently did veneers for my front teeth and did a wonderful job! I was a high maintenance patient, however, the entire staff catered to my needs and worked me in multiple times. ( I kept breaking off my temporary teeth!). I highly recommend this team of amazing people! Hot tip

I emailed the office an hour before they opened regarding a dental emergency which was causing me a lot of pain. Kelly responded to me IMMEDIATELY and got me in for an appointment as soon as I could get there! Dr. Whalen and his team were fabulous and worked quickly and carefully to take care of me and minimize my pain. They also got me into an… oral surgeon immediately due to the severity of my problem. I drove directly to the oral surgeon’s office and Dr. Whaley’s records were already there and they had already talked to the surgeon. I’m new to Cornelius and did not have

I have gone to Whalen Dentistry since we moved here 1 1/2 years ago and have found them to be excellent. The office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Whalen is top notch and personable as well. The assistant and hygienist are great..
They take lots of different insurance and are willing to work with you on that. They open at 7 AM one morning a week which is ideal for someone who works and it's a very convenient location.
I referred someone else there who also likes them.
They have an effective referral network for endodontics and such..

I went to Dr. Whalen after experiencing days worth of pain for one tooth, he is not my regular dentist but was extremely busy to drive down to south Charlotte for their evaluation (now I wish I had) He said I would need a root canal, so that's what he did. Come time for the crown, I told the nurse that I wear a retainer and how I brought it with me. I was right there when the nurse relayed this info to him and he did not respond at all!! He did not care in the least bit about my retainer! Well I go home and of course my retainer no longer fits. Not only that but he made that crown much bigger
