Bruss-Heitner and the owners, Sue and her husband, are professional, experienced and hardworking, to say the least. My mother passed away recently, and knowing that Bruss-Heitner would be handling my mother's arrangements gave us peace of mind, as they handled arrangements for other family members in the past. However, this time I was more involved and I was amazed at how they really do take care of everything, with patience, respect and compassion. I can't that you enough Sue!
