Met with Ryan regarding the tearout and replacement of tile flooring. We discussed the job in detail and seemed to have a good rapport and were on the same page. He seemed absolutely fine with the job and the situation. I really looked forward to working with him.
Several times during our meeting I stressed that I needed to hear from him if for any reason he decided that the job wasn't for him, it wouldn't work with his schedule, or he simply didn't want to do it. We discussed that other companies had wasted my time and theirs by coming out and making me wait while believing that a quote was forthcoming
