Showrunner Events is the dream team! Yesenia and Melaina are so fun to work with and will make your wedding dreams a reality. We were never stressed with the wedding planning process (even with a COVID postponement) because we knew from the start we were in great hands. They are organized, responsive and knowledgeable. They work closely with all of the vendors and venues in the area so they have wonderful recommendations if you need them. When the day comes, you won't need to worry about a thing- they are on it! My wife and I would give Showrunner 10 stars if possible. Yesenia and her team are extremely kind, professional and know what they're doing. We worked together planning our Sonoma wedding at Cline Cellars for over two years through covid and we are so lucky to have picked the right planner. Yesenia was with us every step of the way with suggestions and guidance to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions (which was important as you can imagine during covid). My husband and I got married on the weekend that the Kincade Fire broke out. While we were prepared for the power at our venue to potentially go out, we were not prepared for the evacuations or the possibility that our wedding would be canceled. Yesenia handled everything perfectly. She worked with our vendors and handled staff being evacuated, power outages and basically everything being turned upside down. While the hours leading up to our wedding were stressful, the actual celebrations were perfect and it never would have happened without Yesenia and her team.

Yesenia was our day of planner for our wedding. She did a lovely job helping us coordinate our wedding. She had really good ideas and brought up things we never would have thought of at our walk through meeting. She made sure the most important things happened at our actual ceremony and reception. We had some last minute changes, and she was flexible and able to adjust to the little changes. She is very personable and friendly, so you feel at ease. Thank you so much!

Yesenia is amazing! She planned my daughter's wedding in just 2 mos and it was amazing!! The venue was the beautiful Buena Vista Winery and she coordinated everything with such ease. Yesenia was our wedding coordinator and I could not have asked for someone better. She was incredibly detail oriented, anticipated things we would have never thought of, so friendly and made my husband, myself, and my mom feel so calm on the day and that we could just enjoy the moments and not worry about anything. We can't say enough about how much we loved our experience with Yesenia! We hired Yesenia as our day-of-coordinator for our June wedding, and she went above and beyond our expectations when helping us put together our wedding! She was quick to respond to every one of our questions through phone and e-mail. My now-husband and I could not meet her together for our first initial meet-up so she gladly met us both at separate times which we really appreciated! Yesenia was very thorough with her job and we could tell that she took her role very seriously when making sure everything would run smoothly at the wedding.
