Through event coordinating we are able to help client's realize their wedding hopes and dreams and bring multiple ideas together seamlessly. It takes a village of vendors to create any event and vendor coordination is our specialty.
This is wedding planning and coordination at it's finest. We will lead you to your dream event with this package, which is meant to give you peace of mind and step by step guidance in creating your perfect wedding day. I contracted with Tina as a 'day of planner' for our wedding at Olympia's Valley Estate and she was great to work with! I am an event planner myself and started in weddings so I know how much goes into managing a wedding onsite. Tina did a fantastic job setting everything up, coordinating with vendors on site, and helping manage everything the week leading up to the wedding so I wasn't bothered. Tina came highly recommended by a good friend of ours and was super helpful with getting us started planning our wedding! We had no idea where to start and she outlined everything we needed, from vendors, down to prices, while making sure we were still within our budget. Her recommendations were great and really helped us to narrow down what we really needed for our big day. Although we did not end up working with her due to choosing a venue outside her area of coverage, I would highly recommend hiring her as your wedding planner!

I sincerely think that hiring Tina to coordinate our wedding was like destiny. She was the best decision that we made about our wedding, and hands down, I could not have made it happen without her. I asked Oh Splendid Day to coordinate a bridal shower for a friend's daughter that I was hosting. I was traveling abroad for the month before the shower and OSD assured me that they could manage the planning without me being involved. I gave them a budget and they took it from there. They showed up the morning of the shower and took care of every detail. It was oh such a Splendid Day! It turned out so amazing that the bride ended up hiring them to coordinate her wedding. I could not be happier with my experience with Tina and her wedding planning business. Tina was absolutely amazing in every way. Going into the whole wedding planning phase was definitely a little nerve-wracking for me, but as soon as I met Tina, I knew we'd be in good hands. Tina was the coordinator on a wedding we worked last season. Let me start by saying she had major emergency surgery the night before this wedding and still managed to knock it out of the park. Tina communicated all the important information we needed leading up to the wedding. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. On the day of the wedding Tina and her assistant checked in on the bride and bridal party to make sure we were on schedule and to get them anything they needed, while still tending to the needs of the wedding setup and all vendors on site.

Tina is such an outstanding coordinator. She made my wedding come together beautifully. I had a long engagement and she stuck with me through every step. We had a few meetings, countless emails and phone calls plus she even came to the rehearsal. She made the process so easy.

My wife and I decided to have Tina as our wedding coordinator; it was the best decision we made. From the minute we first contacted Tina to the end of the Wedding Celebration, she made it a stress free and fun experience for my wife and I. She is always prompt and clear in her communication. Tina is very pro active, she contacted everyone involved in the wedding (venue, caterers, cake baker, florist, DJ, etc) and made sure everyone was on the same page. She also is able to help and make recommendations incase you are having trouble deciding on vendors.
