After last years storms we knew that we needed a new roof and we got a lot of estimates. We considered a couple different companies but decided on DBS. So glad we did after hearing some horror stories about some others.

On time every day!
Jose and Buster worked with us on an estimate and what we needed and I couldn't be happier. Respectful, polite and honest workers. We now think of Leo and Angle Sosa as friends!
Minimized any damage to plants and good job cleaning up afterwards.
Took their time and did the job RIGHT! House is sealed and hope to have 35yrs on the flat roofs and 75 years on the metal w/o repair!
Value for the cost... yes using metal is more but it's now done for my lifetime.

They went above and beyond!!! I couldn't get a roof repairman out to fix a leak in my roof. We played phone tag through out the day and by the time he reached me it was 5 pm. I explained to him that my roof had a leak and the drywall ceiling in one of the bedrooms had collapsed. He asked me where I lived and after I told him he said I'm on my way home but its on my way I will stop and take a look. He immediately knew the problem after seeing missing shingles. He said he would be certain after taking a look. He was right, he and his brother fixed it immediately. I am so grateful! I enthusiastically

The DBS Roofing folks not only called back, most did not, but they came out the next business day! A quick fix with no drama! I have used DBS Roofing for years. They have replaced my 3 roofs, installed 4 skylights and dealt with other gutter problems I have had since I've lived here. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a wonderful roof contractor!

After contacting at least a dozen general contractors, home improvement companies, roofers, and sun room specialists and having been unable to find a company that had both the capability and requisite reputation to undertake major repairs on the sun room addition to my townhouse condo, I finally found DBS Roofing. DBS did a great job on my roof repair that was required as a result of the home inspection associated with the sale of my home. They not only provided the most economical quote, they had to work around my very difficult listing agent and were very professional about the whole process. I had used them previously for a gutter repair and was extremely pleased. They roof repair was completed with the same efficiency. James and Steve were terrific and Scott made sure the work was completed as planned, even though we did have to deal with all the trouble and road blocks the City of Alexandria throws
