Outstanding service and top of the line quality. Worked tirelessly with my insurance company to insure I received a fair payout to replace my entire roof with a lifetime labor and material (no pro rate) transferable Warranty.
Also was able to replace my old siding, gutters and downspouts. Highly

Pinnacle Roofing's phone number goes to automated answering which then goes to voice mail, and my multiple messages requesting an estimate for an entire roof replacement have gone unanswered.
Their address, listed as 6315 Bren Mar Dr, Alexandria, is a large building named "Alexandria Corporate Park." I drove there, and 1/3 of it or more are federal offices.
No one I spoke to had EVER heard of or seen ANYTHING relating to Pinnacle Roofing.

We needed a repair on a section of roof shingles. I called Pinnacle because they have roofed half of our neighbors' homes. The representative came out quickly, assessed, and sent a repairman/roofer.
Mr. Kim was good to his world, and the job was done well. The big windstorm was a day away, and we sustained no roof damage. I
am so thankful for their seriousness in recognizing needs in the community. If I needed a whole new roof, I would have contracted them.
Their price is very fair. I received extravagant estimates from some competitors; in one case a competitor estimated quadruple what
