Update : Moved into a different unit and signed a new lease and I am already regretting it. I've had nothing but issues since I moved into the J building. I was told all water issues were resolved and that is clearly not the case. First it was my bathroom with a sewer blockage that I had to come home and clean up from work. Then my garbage disposal was burnt out when I tried to use it for the first time ( in a NEW apartment). Now I came home to water all over my kitchen for the dishwasher, low water pressure and the water in the bathroom smells like sewage. Sent a request into maintenance and no

Linda and Mickey are amazing! My situation is a little complicated, actually I never got a chance to view my apartment until I move in due to I am out of country for my job. All the communications are through emails and phone calls. They did a superb job and make the process quick and efficient.
The location is great, nearby Philly and Cherryhill. Interior of apartment is perfect since it is completely new and love the hard floors! I like the gym a lot but wish could have a bench in the gym.
So far, I like my apartment and highly recommend it!

What a GEM!!! Have been living here for 6 months and it's been everything promised. Linda, our leasing agent is the best. Parking is now 100% better once the spots were assigned. The clubhouse is beautiful and access to the gym is great. Coffee and snacks are a great perk! My apartment has all new appliances and I absolutely love my unit. There is a new dog park and doggie spa which I look forward of taking advantage of once I rescue my furry friend. Lastly, location is perfect for me. I work in Philly and it's a 10-15 minute commute. We fell in love with Riverpointe from the time we drove through the private gate and saw the outside styling of the apartments.
We sell more in love with it when we saw the inside of the apartments with brand new construction and top of the line appliances.
The designers of the complex spared no expense in furnishing the common areas including a club house with yoga room and gym and and they are constantly being cleaned and beautified. There is fresh coffee brewing all day starting at 6 am.
I haven’t found anything negative except that it might be too quiet. Whatever they did to the construction

Brand new construction, great space, reasonable price for the level of luxury you are getting, terrific location.
These units are gorgeous and super spacious. The bathroom is huge and the shower is pretty amazing!
Evelyn was kind, friendly and helpful during my move in process. From touring, general information and final move in went quick and easy.

Recently moved in about 3 weeks ago and River Pointe has delivered on every aspect so far. The apartments are a blend of a modern-luxury style and perfect place for individuals who are just starting their careers. The gated entrance is a huge benefit that ensures the safety of all that are living here. The 19+ age restriction, although a con for some, is a perk you don't often find that allows me to know that I will return home to a quiet place. These apartments are brand new with beautiful kitchens and wonderful staff. We have outdoor grilling, a club house that offers a gym, yoga studio, and free coffee and tea. Any service request is addressed almost immediately. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment one night around 10 and Nelson came all the way from his home just to let me back in. The community is wonderful with everyone greeting each other and checking in. It is very open to pets and offers a wonderful dog park! I would highly recommend checking these apartments out!

The interiors are nice and modern. great place to live if you have one car 👍🏻 the parking is an absolute nightmare if you have 2 cars. Have to park complete opposite end of the complex (I’m in the very front and often have to park in the very back.) never have visitors over because the only visitor spots open near the unit are taken by tenants…even the “overflow” parking (meant for tenants and visitors of the entire complex) is maybe 20 spots. This place has come very far in the year that I have lived here. The apartment interiors are stylish and luxurious, and the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area is really nice for entertaining guests and making an apartment-sized living area feel spacious and fluid - unlike other apartments where the kitchen feels more like a walk in closet.
The location is perfect as you have quick access to neighboring townships as well as Philly with the close proximity to Rt. 130, I-295 and I-76.

Just moved in this week and the whole move in process has been incredibly smooth. The assigned parking spots are conveniently located for loading/unloading. This is a very conveniently located complex since I work in Camden county and my partner works in the city of Philadelphia. Although I don't have a dog, the dog park is gorgeous. There's still construction going on but it has yet to affect me. Linda, the property manager, is very responsive, conscientious of the ongoing pandemic and cares for the health and safety of her tenants.
