Love it here! Any concerns quickly addressed! The cleaning team keeps it nice and clean. Love the courtyard, gym, and community room. Made new friends! Tell Mary Lou that Darlene sent you! My husband and I are residents now for over a year. The local small quaint shops, Restaurant Row on the main street Haddon Avenue, and Olympic size community pool in town are a big draw to this area! We are town residents for 43 years.

My husband and I have rented at the Lumberyard for 4-1/2 years and I highly recommend living here. Management has always been responsive with maintenance and cleaning service exceptional.

While the apartments themselves (as well as the lobby) are nice aesthetically, it appears that the construction was on the cheaper end. As others have mentioned, noise is a big issue. The train is obviously noisy as it runs directly past the complex, but the HVAC system is problematic too; when turned on it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. The on-site property manager is amazing and tended to any problems, but for the price point, there are quite a few better options in the area.

So far I obviously love the location. I have have nothing but amazing interactions and results from questions or complaints to Autumn, who in our eyes is the shining star of this location. The maintenance man I met was super friendly and very attentive.
Cons: People bring up the train noise but that was pointed out multiple times when touring the apartments.
There was an issue with the HVAC on day 1 with move in however when this was brought to the attention of Autumn and the maintenance staff it was fixed and working by noon the next day.
We have no complaints about the property and have been

Ive lived here for over 3 years and had a lot of ups and downs.. the area is nice and the place is beautiful but just happens to fall apart from time to time. (which happens) but what makes it tolerable and keeps me staying is the wonderful maintenance men they have on staff. They are simply amazing and a jack of all trades. Love those guys!

Set an appointment to look at apartments. We WERE interested in a 2 Bedroom. Took the day off from work and load up my infant son to make the 45 min drive. When we arrived, the agent told us they had nothing available and wouldn’t anytime in the near future. Glad we saw how poorly the place was run before we signed a lease. Clearly the location sells the units since she doesn’t know a thing about being an agent.

Being able to commute on Patco when you want to go into the city is nice, however, hearing the train go by your apartment every day is not. Building is of poor quality, neighbors are rude, management is not helpful. For the price point, the place simply isn't worth it.

If you enjoy not being able to get your car out of the garage because the electric door won’t open, non stop noise from elephants above you stomping around so loudly your ceiling shakes, maintenance staff turn over, you packages being stolen, price jack ups after your first lease is up than this is the place for you. Oh and a dog park that has neighborhood kids hanging out throwing rocks.
