Absolute Shine Auto Body & Paint is owned and operated by Phinel and Debbie Garcia-a dream come true for a career auto body technician and his family. Phinel started working at an auto body shop as a teenager and loved fixing cars from the start. After honing his collision repair skills and starting to do his own work in the evenings and weekends, he decided to look for a facility to rent and open his own auto body and paint shop.

I love taken both my vehicles to them for front bumper replacement on a 2017 Expedition Limited and a 2010 SRT8 Challenger. They have done great quality work on both vehicles. Always great at communicating any issues in the interim of it being repaired to let the customer know! Very professional when interacting and assisting their customers and always try to get the best parts for your repair. They definitely are the only place I would trust in the San Luis Valley. Phinel and Corey Garcia were very professional and polite. They repaired and painted my car and it looks excellent. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you very much!!!!

We were traveling from out of town, and had an accident. We needed body work done to be able to return our vehicle home, and Absolute Shine saved us! I cannot say enough about the staff and technicians here, truly our Christmas Miracle. They cared about our situation and really saved us from a much larger headache. Got us in and out within the hour and we are so thankful. Will recommend them to anyone passing through or in the South Fork/Monte Vista area.

My cousin and I were on a road trip and had an issue with our hood latch. This was the closest body shop around and it was 1/2 an hour before close, but they immediately came to have a look and got it fixed within 15 minutes. They were incredibly kind and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much to Absolute Shine and we definitely recommend this place!

Just moved here from out of state and had a trailer fender go through our windshield on our pick up. Took it in to Cory and the crew at Absolute Shine and had it back with a new windshield and new hood in less than a week! Truck is spotless not a speck of glass ANYWHERE in the truck! Looks brand new.! Thank you guys hopefully we wont be back but if we EVER need body work again we will be coming to see you!

A couple of days after Christmas I wrecked my 2015 Cadillac ATS. From being out of town, I chose Absolute Shine because of what the Tow driver recommended. He stated they were the only ones in the area with a paint booth. It took a little over a month for them to fix about $10,000 worth of damage. Hood, bumper, front left fender, rims, auto-adjusting headlight, parking sensors, etc. Mind you, all of my parts had to be painted to match the premium gloss paint I had.
