I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. Sean, Andy and all employees have always been accommodating, polite and professional. Yes, sometimes prescriptions aren’t always covered by your insurance….its not the pharmacy’s fault…they need to protect themselves as well and most of the time it’s your insurance’s fault. These guys are great.

This pharmacy is dangerously incompetent. They have multiple times filled my prescriptions with the wrong medication, including a compounded medication that I take. I became very ill before realizing they had filled my prescriptions incorrectly. When I spoke to the owner, Sean, about the mistakes, he became irate and shouted at me. I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere, for your own safety and well-being.

First of all, the female pharmacist was rude as hell over the phone and basically hung up on me because she was too busy to answer my question as she “had at least 5 people standing in front of her at the time.”
Then I showed up and she claimed that they don’t take my insurance, which is CIGNA and that a prescription I normally pay zero dollars for will be $146. Next she claimed she could get me a better price, called someone on the phone and came back with the same price.
I prefer to give my business to private pharmacies instead of chain pharmacies but I have to say, at least chain pharmacies

I desperately needed to pick up a specific prescription for a procedure being done nearby this pharmacy. It was filled here and I have PPO Rx insurance and was told that it was not covered when they didn't even run my insurance! Initially I was told to pay the full cost for a little tiny bottle $303 and some change. I told them there was no way I was going to be paying that astronomical price. BEWARE- Other Yelpers have had similar fraudulent experiences.

I don't often have prescriptions filled but after a recent visit to my doctor was prescribed a new medication.
This pharmacy is near my home and near the doctors office so I asked to have the RX filled here. My doctors called it in on Wednesday the pharmacy called me to get my insurance information and let me know they'd contact me as soon as it was ready.
I didn't hear from them Wednesday, nor Thursday on Friday I called around 1 pm and got their voicemail

Warning! Fraudulent, unethical
The pharmacy takes advantage of customers by claiming their insurance is not accepted or that prescription medications are not covered by any insurance and that must be purchased in cash. We have a Cigna PPO plan and they wanted to charge us $160+ for what we got for only $38 at Walgreens. Example: we had a prescription for one pill for which my copay was $10. They claimed it was not covered by any insurance (not just mine rather by any insurance) and wanted me to pay $100. Later I found out that another patient used their pharmacy and ended up paying them in cash

I live in DWTN L.A. but all my docs are in BH. I just started going to this pharmacy after my surgery and it's better than any I've been to. My doc prescribes a certain medication that's super hard to find not to mention all other pharmacies especially CVS give me a hard time filling it that's if they even have it plus the staff is rude & ask too many questions on why I'm taking it which is really none of their business but pharmacy 90210 is great they work with you. The staff is friendly & very accommodating so it's worth the drive.

Horrible customer service. I called in a refill on a Monday night. Went in on Friday to pick it up. I was told by the pharmacist that they didn't have my refill request. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, they charged me a $45 "Rush" fee. When I called to talk to the owner and explain that that was uncalled for as it wasn't my mistake, and I didn't even ask for it to be rushed, he couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and talk to me. Horrible customer service. I will be going to a different compounding pharmacy from now on!

Love this place! The staff are always super helpful and friendly, they really show a lot of care and make you feel at home, as if you're not "sick", and truly have genuine smiles on their faces! • WAIT TIME: Very little wait time if any. My average wait time is 10-15 minutes when i bring in the 2-3 scripts & waiting for them to be filled. And only 5 mins max. if I'm picking up a medication that I previously dropped off.
• Rx AVAILABILITY: Medication is almost always (98% of the time) in stock and if not they'll have it the next day.
• STAFF: Sean, the Pharmacist, and everyone else in the pharmacy are extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
• LOCATION & PARKING OPTIONS:
Located in Beverly Hills, on the corner

This pharmacy has it all ! My doctors prescribes me some weird or I might say "hard to find" dose that NO OTHER PHARMACY CARRIES AND ofcourse pharmacy 90210 has it in stock at all times . They are fast and has a very good customer service! A big shout out to Sean and Andy they are very accommodating to patients needs.

I am blown away by the service and prices.

This place sucks, the pharmacist (and apparently business owner) Sean, treated me with utter disrespect. First, I let him know well in advance of presenting my prescription how many of what kind of meds I would need and the frequency of my needs. I also explained that I live 10 miles away and only come into Beverly Hills to visit my doctor. He knew exactly what my needs would be and the timing and yet he repeatedly failed to fully complete my prescriptions when presented.
