I got remarkable help from this pharmacy, and I was so lucky to get every one of my drugs rapidly. There isn't anything you can do any other way to improve my experience.

The staff, like Michelle, are super nice. They call once a month to confirm and let you know what they're sending. They deliver, usually next day, for free (or at least included with your insurance).

They work with your doctor and insurance to make sure your RX is covered and automatically apply pharma company coupons.

I've never actually had to go to the physical location, I've done everything over the phone. They even transferred my prescriptions for me from a pharmacy that closed.

The exact product mentioned by my doctor was all the medications that I purchased from this pharmacy. On the date of manufacture and expiry, all the products were numbered with the name and location of the original manufacturer. I am certainly grateful to have found this pharmacy. This happens to be a very nice drug store selling name brand products at a decent price. Terrific jobs.

I've been using this pharmacy for decades. As an independent, community based business they care about their customers and reputation - and it shows.

The team at Eddie's frequently help me control costs by applying manufacturer coupons and assessing the Cash vs. Co-payment options. On occasion, it is cheaper to buy generic medications outright than to put it through your insurance and pay the co-pay. These are things that national chain pharmacies will NEVER do for you. Nearly all insurance plans are accepted so there is NO reason to use national chains.

Over the past few years Frank and the staff of Eddies's Pharmacy have continued to be literal lifesavers in assisting my mother in law in her attempts to have a quality of life...They have treated us with the utmost care and grace, always facilitating any last minute needs related to scheduling refills, medication pick ups, medication information and acting as a liaison with the none too fun to deal with insurance companies. I love this pharmacy! Bob and his staff are always warm, friendly and helpful. I'm tired of the corporate locations, who don't give you individualized attention, and here they always remember personal details about my life and ask me questions about how I'm feeling. Also, they have a wonderful selection of homeopathic and holistic products. I love trying new things and I have always been pleased with my purchases. They really know how to find and stock the good stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This pharmacy is awesome!!!!! I want to mention one person in particular - Marsha. I have been with this pharmacy for 2 years and have never had ANY bad experience. Fast, very affordable, very prompt with follow ups, will go extra mile for the customer, always very polite.

Love this pharmacy but the best part of this place is Marciel. When I call she lets me know that she has already gotten all my refills from A-Z. I never need to ask or question and she always follows up with a call when they are ready for pick up!! Frank is also great he is very knowledgeable on all items!! Eddie's offers exceptional customer care in a timely manner at the best prices in LA. I never imagined I would take the time to write a glowing review for a pharmacy. However, because the staff take their time to get to know their customers and provide great care, I thought leaving a review was the least I could do. If you have been going to major retail pharmacies and are frustrated by the long waits and mix ups, you're in for a great surprise.

I have been interested in this small, personal pharmacy since I moved here abt. 3 years ago. They advertised Flu shots and so I stopped in a few days ago -- thinking they might be a good alternative to my CVS pharmacy near by. #1 -- I was not greeted warmly -- if at all -- admittedly the woman at the main desk was on the phone -- but the background folks seemed robotic -- no acknowledgment a customer was waiting at the desk. OK, fine -- but when this woman got off her phone call -- I asked her: "Do you still have flu shots available"? "Oh no she said -- we ran out"!! I

Had a scrip called in from out of state. Or so I thought. Apparently I gave the wrong phone #. When I called Eddie's to check, they offered to reach out to my doc and took care of everything, calling me when it was ready. I'll take the personalized service from Eddie's over the big chain pharms with robocalling, any day. So nice to deal with real human beings!!

I am so happy I stumbled upon Eddie's during a CVS meltdown. I have never felt such personalized service from a staff of genuine people who really care about their customers. Every single time I come here, I am amazed at the fact that my Rx's are ready, without issue, without fail, and always on time. My housemate and I just transferred our prescriptions to Eddie's Pharmacy — and what a breath of fresh air! Super-friendly, accommodating service and great prices for prescriptions that are not covered by insurance (makes me a little angry with Walgreens and other big box pharmacies who apparently gouge their customers when they should be able to offer discounts given their purchasing power!). In the spirit of supporting small, local businesses who provide a personal touch and long history of providing to the community, this is definitely a great choice to do so.

This is the best pharmacy ever. I will never go to CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreen's ever again. The staff is super helpful. When I had surgery a few years ago at Cedars, my dad had mentioned that he picked up my RX there and that the owner was really nice. I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did.

I stumbled across this amazing mom and pop operation while visiting the area. I had run out of my medication while vacationing and Sam the pharmacist went above and beyond for me! He contacted my physician and got a new prescription and had it ready when promised! I love the fact that its locally owned and that they deliver for free! I had them transfer all of my medications!
