Dr. Alan Noelck has constantly researched dental and medical techniques and topics throughout his career to best serve his patients, including pioneering the safe removal of mercury amalgam fillings and placement of tooth-colored composites long before the rest of the dental field back in 1987.
He continues his efforts with memberships in the ADA (American Dental Association), AzDA (Arizona Dental Association), IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology) and IABDM (International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine). His passion for helping people through dentistry has driven him to master the Art of cosmetic restorations as a way to truly bring a new smile to the faces of his patients.

Our primary office philosophy is to treat our patients with the integrity they deserve by listening to them, offering our expertise to aid in their decisions and ultimately taking care of them. We are in dentistry to restore, maintain and prolong our patient's dentition in a manner that is beneficial long-term to their health, function and overall self-esteem.
We care about our patients as a whole and if there's something that has always bothered you about your smile or prevented you from smiling as big as you would like- we want to help. That's why we offer a variety of methods for working around these esthetic concerns. Please inform us if you would like to discuss improvements to your smile.
As emphasized earlier in the general dentistry section, we only used composite, tooth-colored filling material to do even normal restorations. Any existing mercury amalgam fillings that need to be removed because of decay around the margins will be safely removed with proper technique.
Composite restorations help to strengthen the tooth, especially on smaller areas of decay, by bonding the tooth together but do little to strengthen and hold a tooth together that has been severely damaged prior to restoration or has a significant portion missing. These are completed to stabilize and support remaining tooth structure to prevent further breakdown of the tooth to occur which would result in the loss of the tooth.

A great family dentist! Both of the dentists are very nice and welcoming. They are informative and not pushy or aggressive with treatment. My hygienists have always been top notch! I typically have Kathy and love her, but today had Shannon and she was great as well! Always a great experience, I'd go monthly if i could :)

I've been going to Dr. Noelck for a few years now at the recommendation of my mother. While I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist, I have very high expectations. I have always been very satisfied with their services, but today was exceptional as staff has taken every precaution to ensure patient and staff safety during this pandemic. I had a great deal of anxiety about going and even rescheduled once this summer, but the staff did an excellent job of helping me through the process. It ended up being a much better experience than I anticipated and my anxiety did not effect me as I had feared. I
