The law firm of Bowers, Brewer, Garrett & Wiley, LLP is a general practice law firm serving clients in Huntington County since 1899. Current members include David L. Brewer, Robert S. Garrett, Joseph K. Wiley, Mark J. Wiley and Haley D. McElhaney. The firm's association with Huntington began in the fall of 1899 when Fred H. Bowers came to Huntington and formed a partnership with Cary D. Landis.
It is one of our great joys in our job to assist parents in adopting children. As one of our attorneys is an adoptive parent himself, we understand the adoption process from both the legal and emotional dimensions. We will work to make your adoption one that is rewarding for life. In court and administrative proceedings, sometimes things do not go the way people hope.
We serve all of Huntington County, including Roanoke, Markle, Andrews, and Warren, as well as Huntington. We are also in reasonable driving distance from Fort Wayne, Bluffton, Ossian, Decatur, Wabash, Columbia City, and Marion, and handle cases in Adams County, Allen County, Grant County, Wabash County, Wells County, and Whitley County.
