Very rude and terrible customer service. I called to ask if they would be interested in an extensive and large collection of tools that were left to me and as I was trying to provide an answer to the person on the phone - name may have been Timothy - he then rudely interrupted me and said, “Well, If you aren’t going to tell me the name of the tools, then you’ll have to bring them in because I can’t tell you if we would be interested in the items.” Mind you, I just told him that I was left with a 10x20 storage unit full of auto tools from my uncle who passed and there was no form of condolences
