I hired Jerome at the 11th hour and he was able to help me obtain a seemingly impossible outcome for my felony level case. I had over a dozen charges and had been indicted by a Grand Jury. My only regret was that i wish that i had hired Jerome from the start of my case. Once i had hired him he wa. I am eternally grateful that Attorney Blanchard took my case.
It happens every day across New Hampshire: One minute you are driving, the next you are being asked by a police officer to stand on one leg, walk a line, and/or blow into a device. Before you know it, you are charged with a DUI and find yourself sitting in the back of a squad car. A truly shocking turn of events!
The laws that pertain to your DUI or DWI charge in Exeter or Manchester, New Hampshire can be hard to find throughout the hundreds of state laws covering everything from homicide to auto accidents. DWI-DUI attorney Ryan Russman provides an easy, go-to source of New Hampshire code that can help you determine what your charges mean and the best way to fight them.

This guy is a horrible person and I would not recommend him to anyone. I was sleeping in my car on the side of the street parked in a parking spot. Knock, knock, "what is it" I said. Oh the radio is on..... I had no intention of driving anywhere.
He made me plead guilty and the judge looked very surprised. My father was there and also saw the reaction of the judge. He was not happy with this lawyer I spent $5,000 on.
Thanks a lot smart guy. Just another bad lawyer who thinks he knows everything.

I too was not impressed with this attorney. For a fee of $7500 poor communication and awful representation. Couldn't find the time to give even 50% attention to my boyfriends case. Nor could he appear for court.
I would never recommend this attorney for anything, Especially DWI when it's most important to right a wrong that any GOOD attorney could have done. And when you have someone's livelihood in your hands and you don't even reach out for statements from witnesses that could have turned the court decision. Shame on you for not fulfilling your duty not to mention the value

I filled out an online contact submission the day after my arrest. Atty Russman called me within about 20 min and set up a meeting THAT DAY (Saturday)! This was the last time I was impressed. He gave me a brief review of the laws at the meeting, asked a couple questions about my arrest, and then asked if I would like to hire his firm for the flat rate of $5000. I paid by credit card. He gave me a folder with some general, generic information and said they would be in touch. Following this initial meeting, Atty Russman was nearly impossible to reach by phone, didn't answer any questions about

This law firm represented me in a criminal matter. With hard work I am sure my case could have been won, but instead I got a quick and easy settlement that I am not happy with. I got the impression throughout that the priority for them was the checking account, not my interests. I paid a flat fee and doubt the attorney spent more than five or six hours on my case total. I would not go back.
