Services
Our office approaches the practice of law as general practitioners adhering to the traditions of the common law and practicing our profession as guardians of the ideas, tenets and decisions of past jurist and practitioners of both bar and bench. Being accused of a criminal offense is a serious matter that can carries not only financial consequences and possible jail time but the equally painful stigma of having a guilty verdict.

PORTSMOUTH — A domestic violence prosecutor who resigned after his April 21 domestic assault arrest was arrested again Thursday on upgraded charges of second-degree assault.
Vincent "Vinny" Marconi, 27, of 10 Merrimack St., was arrested June 8 on the harsher charge, based on "the severity" of the accuser's injuries, Portsmouth Police Capt. Janet Champlin said.
The allegations involve the same incident and accuser, but the second-degree assault charge reflects "protracted injury" inflicted on the victim, Champlin said.
A police log entry for the incident states that "the female was punched
