The Anderton Corporation operates north of Charlotte, North Carolina in the Lake Norman area. We own and/or manage multiple properties around downtown Mooresville, as well as several others in the metropolitan Charlotte communities of Davidson, Huntersville, Sherrills Ford, and Kannapolis. Our Lake Norman market area has a population of about 150,000 and the Charlotte metro area has a population of 2.4 million.
We buy and refurbish non-functional properties, focusing on bringing these properties "back into the community." Since 1974, we have successfully rehabilitated historic retail and warehouse properties, restaurants, light industrial and multi-family buildings. We've also branched out into single-family residential, acquiring neglected properties and re-integrating them back into local communities.

This unique restaurant space was beautifully remodeled from a 1944 church built using portable rafters that can be traced back through several moves to the Jesuit priests of Portugal in the early 1400's. The rafters are over 600 years old and represent some of the oldest building materials still in place today.
In 2002, The Anderton Corporation (TAC) began representing various project assignments from international entities seeking US based management for off shore administration. This business segment has led TAC into a substantial portfolio of assignments representing the interests of foreign nationals both domestically and internationally.

Rented a very tiny apartment off of N Main St. last August for my son while he attended Tech school in Mooresville, NC. It was a last minute thing because school was about to start & he needed somewhere to stay. Needless to say it was the worst decision I could have ever made. He never inspected the place after the last tenant moved out per what he told me after I signed the lease. Well of course nothing was perfect, but it was livable so we cleaned up etc. on our own. Well we just moved out a week ago and we cleaned up everything once again and I still haven't received my security deposit
