I absolutely love Ella at Salon O. After a quick consultation (where she answered all the questions I had regarding tape-in extensions + extra info I didn't even think of asking), she understood the exact vision I had for my hair. I chose to do a two tone haircut but only on my bangs & I was honestly kind of embarrassed to ask for the color because it sounded odd but Ella didn't judge, she even hyped me up on the color choice and got me more excited!! Ella works so efficiently, my appointment seemed to go by so fast. I absolutely recommend her.

Made an appointment for a bag trim for 1:00 yesterday. I arrived 10 minutes early to be respectful to the stylist. I waited over 20 minutes past my 1:00 appointment time and I asked how much longer. I was told the stylist was still finishing up so someone else did the bang trim. Unfortunately I think they might have been annoyed I asked why it was taking so long because I got a bang trim that looks like a child did it. Super uneven! Honestly I should have job at left after waiting 30 minutes because now I'm crying looking at the bangs. So bad and uneven I can't believe the stylist thought

I was in dire need of a haircut and reached out to Salon O via Yelp. They were so quick to respond (2 minutes) and even squeezed me in for a haircut on the day off. Score!
Walking in I noticed Salon O was extremely busy (huge plus) and receptionist was very friendly. She and my stylist Claudia graciously accommodated me and my toddler (hard to make time for myself with a two year old). Claudia made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and would even position my chair so I could get clear view of my son who was sleeping in stroller on the side of station I was in. Overall I am very happy

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The customer service was incredibly friendly- I was offered water, wine, and snacks and was treated incredibly well. My stylist, Ella, did an amazing job on my full highlight, trim, & gloss! I've never been more satisfied with the end result. Ella was super quick and efficient, I was in & out of the salon in under 3 hours with a fresh cut and color. Highly recommend asking for Ella when coming in to salon O if you're looking for great color and style! :)

Amanda went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process (which was a lengthy one). She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered the best way to achieve the result I wanted without damaging my hair. She also did an amazing job giving me the haircut I wanted. She did great blending in all my layers as well as cutting my bangs exactly the way I wanted. She is an amazing hairstylist!

I've been a client with Brittany Lester for over two years. Brittany is the first hairstylist I've ever been to that genuinely cares about the health of my hair. She is always willing to teach me about what she is doing and why, in order for me to understand how to better care for my hair between visits. My hair is healthier than I can ever remember it in my entire life. Brittany uses techniques that work for my hair and not always was just in style.

Brittany Lester was nothing short of amazing. She's probably the most detail oriented stylist I've had the pleasure of being worked on by. Not only did she do a pretreatment consult to answer any questions I might've had, but she also refused to let me leave the chair until I received the look I was looking for. I'm not a very confrontational person and so I've had the misfortune of leaving a salon dissatisfied without saying a word to the stylist. If you're like me, you're in good hands because Brittany's high standards would disallow her to let you leave

I was a victim of too much heat and split ends and went in for a simple cut and possible balayage. I met with Brittany Lester and OMG she was so honest and thorough and really educated me on how I could better care for my hair. Based on her feedback I was convinced I could trust her recommendations and I ended up booking a Brazilian Blowout and W O W! I am so happy with my hair and it's night and day I'm so soft, shiny and smooth. I don't need to pick up a straightener and I can even skip blow drying. I am Hispanic and have wavy wild lion hair on the regular but not anymore! It

A great salon for Anit-maskers! No one, staff or clients had a mask despite their website espousing their COVID safety protocols. So if you want a hair style to die for, quite literally, this is the place for you!
Had an appointment, walked in, saw the lack of compliance with any safety measures whatsoever, and walked out. Check it out, but don't linger unless you're vaccinated. Or like living (or dying) on the wild side.

I made an appointment to have my haircut at the salon. I have to preference that I am incredibly curly hair, and I drive a convertible, and it looks crazy on a good day. When I arrive at the hair salon, I was greeted. When I asked if I had an appointment, I answered yes the front desk person‘s eyes became very wide. I’m sure it’s because of my curly hair. I checked into my appointment 30 minutes early then walked across the street to Starbucks to get something to drink while I waited. On my way out, she told me that my hair salon stylist was finishing up her client will be with me shortly

Definitely recommend Laura K. @ Salon O, she gave me exactly what I requested for my cut & color after a year of COVID hair, new year....new look for me. Definitely found a new stylist after my last salon closed. Decided to give this salon a try as the owners (Francie & Steve) were my next door neighbors.

After posting my first Yelp review and calling out this salon on my Instagram. The owner and another employee has reached out calling ME the bully, when I have clear evidence of them purposely disobeying CDC guidelines. Reported Salon O with many more pictures of them maskless to state board. Also heard from another salon that 6 people their have tested positive for COVID..... good luck to everyone there! I'll pray for you.

I don't really know what happened today, but out of respect for the stylists previous work I will not name them. I had asked for my hair trimmed by the same stylist who I had been going to specifically for quite some time. For me its hard to find someone who I can trust with my length and style of hair. However, today they were totally unhinged and cut far too much of my length off. I have been very distraught over it since.
