Two failed crowns resulting in root canals by the same dentist and zero apologies or attempts to fix it. I had to pay for the failed crowns (which were unbelievably painful for over 7 weeks) and then I was sent elsewhere for root canals, which cost even more money, because they couldn't fix the problem they had created. These two teeth had never caused me any problems aside from a cavity but the dentists convinced me that they absolutely had to be crowned to avoid any future issues. They may seem friendly but friendly and competent are not the same thing.

Nice office and friendly in person. However, after several phone calls, I have noticed they are very rude. I have 3 children that had appointments. Trying to book all of them on the same day is impossible (even if you book months out) When going over the bill my wife and I are asking several questions they all seem to get very annoyed they have to answer. Due to the location, I think this dental practice is use to caring for people with FREE care so asking and answering questions is not normal for them. I don't have free care so we would like a detailed explanation of what we are paying for

This group is amazing! The care that I recieved was extremely comforting. The doctor and staff were above and beyond caring. I've never felt so comfortable going to a dental appointment. I cant say more for this group. They constantly asked if I was ok, the DOCTOR himself called me later to check in with me. What doctors do that any more? My first visit at Milford Dental Group was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was simple and front desk team helpful with my questions. My hygienist Katie was friendly and clearly described the process. Dr Beigi was funny, personable and quick. What I liked was they didn't try to side sell products and service. They simply made a couple of suggestions that would be beneficial, but offered alternate options as well.
