At Children's Dental Health Center, we provide Sedation Dentistry as a service to children with special needs or sensitivities to dental procedures. We ask that only one parent per child under the age of 7 is present when going to a private room. Your children have unique dental needs, so our pediatric dental practice is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for babies, toddlers, tweens and teens.

Children's Dental Health Center has a great team of Dental Assistants who love working with children and their parents.
Your child will be given an exam and then the doctor will have a discussion with you about your child's specific needs, previous experiences, the required treatment, and what options are available. Together we will then decide the best modality to provide your child the best treatment possible, along with a pleasant dental experience.
Giving your child proper and excellent oral healthcare is vitally important. Our doctors are committed to doing everything we can to help you provide this invaluable service to your child. Dr. John Landers, his wife Gretchen, daughter Gentry and sons Derrick and Parker call Tulsa home.
After graduating Edison in 1989, he completed his bachelor's degree at Tulane University in 1993 and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Dentistry in 1997, graduating as valedictorian.Dr. Landers bought Dr. Robert Gerety's dental practice in 1999 and was in private practice in Henryetta, OK for well over a decade.

At Children's Dental Health Center, we provide the option of sedation dentistry for your child in order to offer them a calm, relaxed dental experience. We all know the nerves that can be involved with going to the kid's dentist, especially if you have young kids. The idea of pain, of having a tooth pulled out or having a cavity filled in, can cause very real anxiety.
Routine cleanings and examinations are important at any age in order to be aware of your oral health. Tooth decay and gum disease can affect even the youngest child. Do you brush and floss on a regular basis? While doing this can have a substantially positive effect on your oral health, even the most seasoned flosser can miss very important aspects of teeth cleaning.

Only 4 stars cause front desk secretary was not friendly or helpful i asked questions about adult patients and information abt cost without insurance, she didn't didn't find me anything just kind of drop prices also seemed annoyed by the questions caise i went up yo her twice other than that nurses were amazing!!

My son has been going here for 3 years. Its ALWAYS an awesome experience. They are so kind and gentle with my boy. So honest and trustworthy. My boy anxiety for dentist has lessened so much because of the staff at this office. I recommend them to any of my friends. Hands down the best dentist in town.

I worked at this office for over 30 years. Ive retired and still go to them for my work and cleanings. I’ve seen a lot of patients from other offices who have had bad experiences!! We took our time and and we’re very patient. Soon they realized there is nothing to fear. Parents are amazed at the way their kids love coming to our office. They are like family. My daughter drives from Oklahoma City to go to their office.!!

I have taken my boys here for many years, and have always been pleased with the treatment we’ve received and we adore the staff. They’re so friendly and patient especially with my toddler who is a busy bee. I love how they play movies for the kiddos to keep them entertained makes the wait go by very quickly. My teenager who hates going to any appointment even loves it there he always comes out and says how nice they were to him. My lil family and I are very satisfied with children’s dental we would hands down refer to anyone looking for a kid friendly dentist.
