These people have no idea what they are doing. My wife's doctor's office sends in her prescriptions a month ahead and their system doesn't have any updates. The amount of time you have to spend on the phone to get nothing done is pathetic. Almost every person you speak to barely speaks English and if they do, it's extremely difficult to understand them.

After two plus years of fighting with my pharmacy every month, I finally dumped OPTUM
It was always a chore getting refills. More than once they sent meds to locations we hadn’t been to in six months.
The last straw was this Monday, when I called to refill a med that runs off cycle of my 17 others. They told me my insurance was no longer good, and that they had stopped being a preferred provider earlier in September. GEE! You’d think they would notify customers before this actually happened!

Don't go here .Avoid this place. !
Take my advice as a retired doctor.They might be ok for minor meds;not cancer medications! The last refill we got from them the dose was doubled! Their pharmacist(?) told me to"just cut the pills in half. Didn't sound right to me.Checked with my wife's doctor who agreed.told me to send it back.Had to hassle with them to get a refund on my credit card! We switched pharmacies immediately. You are forewarned.

They are not able to handle patients.I Refilled my prescription and trusted them, but I did not get my meds on time. It was a big hassle, since I was out of supplies and needed to get my meds on time!

Dealing with these folks is an utter nightmare! The customer service people are nice enough, but it is unreal how many issues we have had with them! I ordered my PIO refill on Monday, they asked when I needed it, I told them and they said it could be here on Wednesday (yesterday). They asked if they could charge the card on file and I said yes. That was that, right? NO!!!!! OMG!!!! Dealing with them now and they're trying to make it right, but come on! How hard is this?!

DO NOT buy IVF medication from this pharmacy. It is extremely overpriced. You are authorized by the FDA to get a personal supply of medication from the UK or other legitimate pharmacies outside of the US. I could have saved thousands of dollars by using another online pharmacy, and that was WITH a 50% discount through Avella.

This pharmacy used to be my 'go to' place for my compounded medication. I used to be able to go to their Scottsdale location and pick up my Rx. Then they stopped supporting my medication there and I had to get it from an isolated location that can only ship. I had no choice but to do that. It worked well enough. I would've left them a few stars because the were at least meeting minimum expectations. But it got worse.
I called to refill just recently and was told they stopped carrying my medication a couple months ago, and that entire class of medication - not just my specific combo. No notification

Wife has been waiting for three weeks for a prior authorization, on a medication that is vital to her health. She now has been without her medication for a month. Michelle borsch, is the supervisor of the department that my wife has to deal with. (inflammation auto immune disease, and infectious disease) as you can see by the department name, it’s an important medication. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. I needed 4 medications, all of which I had to call in 3 separate times because they werent delivered when they were supposed to be. I was mis-quoted pricing and promised a phone call back which never occurred. Dealing with my medical stuff is stressful enough, I gave up on them and went elsewhere. I decided to write a review so that I could save others from the headache I went through.

Horrible service from any of the locations. I’ve ordered my daughter’s medication from different locations and they are all extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Every single month I have to make SEVERAL calls to be able to get the medication due to it being late, not ordered, messed up ordered YOU NAME IT!!! I’M SO DONE!!! I’ve never had such a horrendous experience before. They are a complete nightmare. Please stay way from them if possible.
