Had my Lamborgini picked up from the shop and delivered to my house after I paid the bill with the shop and assumed the tow bill was paid but after they dropped it off at my house they called saying the first tow was paid but the second one wasn't and demanded payment over the phone after clearing it up the driver was nice but the guy at the office was so rude I will never use them again and he couldn't justify the $349 10 mile tow other than him saying we have insurance and we did a good job is what he said ! Very rude on the phone so I will exercise my power of the consumer and never

I had them tow a Corvette to a shop. The customer service is nonexistent at best. I would not let this company tow my riding lawnmower. If you need something towed that you give half a crap about, make sure you choose someone else. They drove through the yard putting crazy deep ruts in it and damaged the sprinkler system, and then refused to stand behind their mistakes.

Vehicle stalled on highway, tow driver recommended location based on me saying "nearest auto mechanic shop" and I went with it. It was a body shop and they could not even diagnose the issue. Tower picked my car up again, then proceeded to threaten to impound, try to berate and abuse me over the phone, hang up on me, etc. while I tried to look up a location for them. Very aggravating process and we "got into it" multiple times.
I was having network issues and could not find an address, but confirmed an auto shop was a block west on same road. Eventually they decided to assist and look up the address

Was told it would be less than 45 min been waiting for over 4 hours and still can not get an accurate time placed call .around noon finally got picked up at 6. Sriver was extremely nice however their dispatch was unprofessional in not giving a accurate time of arrival. They would consistently say it would say 30 min ever since 2 not right guys not right. You can do better

I called them to tow my car literally 0.5 miles away to the dealership. They quoted me a price of 65$ when I told them I was in a gated community parking area. I called them and specified it twice. When I got to the dealership they charged me an extra 30$ for it being in a 'garage' and basically yelled at me over the phone about it being a 'parking lot' versus 'garage'. The driver was nice but the people working there were not professional. I recommend asking exactly getting the quotes price before 'charges' start appearing on the bill if you consider using
