We will inspect all of the visible and accessible systems and components of the home. I'll compile my findings in an easy-to-understand report that includes high-quality digital photos, summaries and checklists.
How long has the inspector been "Full time" and owned his business as a licensed inspector?. We feel a large report with check boxes, comments, and photos are the easiest to navigate. Is there a place I can put a -5 stars?
Randy Stufflebeem was referred to us to do our home inspection on a possible house we were going to buy. So we went ahead and went with him. According to him everything looked great the roof had another 5 to 7 years possibly on it. After buying the house we have found the roof leaks both in the house and the garage and we have to have a new roof as there were three layers of shingles on the roof and the plywood underneath is very soft and running out. The plumbing in the house has also had issues we've already spent almost 10 grand just to fixing that not

Randy did an awesome job on my home and radon inspection. I met him at the house and he had already done an in depth review of the entire property. He crawled into the attic and took photos. He got the years from the appliances and major systems like heat and air and reported them. He went onto the roof and checked the condition and gave an estimate on how old it is. Overall, the inspection was very well done.

Randy was very professional and on top of it! I am unsure what the other reviewer is referring to regarding this agency. The report was well over 30 pages with detailed information and pictures. My husband and I had numerous questions that were answered in a way that we understood everything that was discussed. Definitely will use him again if needed!

I had a great experience with Randy. As a first time home buyer I felt very comfortable dealing with him. The packet he produced after the inspection was incredibly thorough, detailed, and easy to navigate. Randy was awesome one on one with breaking down the report. Afterwards we went throughout the house discussing everything about the inspection, pointing out details and being hands on. I found it to be very informative and helpful for the future well being of my new home. I will be recommending Randy to anyone in need of a home inspection.
