I can honestly say that my inspection report from Mark pushed me to buy my first home without even seeing it in person. The report was thorough and plenty of photos were provided. The suggestions/tips for improvements were helpful and the findings were very HONEST. Mark pointed out the obvious and not so obvious issues that could possibly impact the property. Once I purchased the home and actually went to see it in person I wasn't bombarded with any surprises, and that's a good thing! So happy I went with Assurance Home Inspections. I would highly recommend Assurance Home Inspections and the services of Mark Libby. Mark came out on 1 June to inspect the house I plan on purchasing. Due to the size of the home it took most of the day. At no time did I feel that Mark ever rushed any part of the inspection. The report Mark provided was beyond my expectations!

Mark preformed an inspection on a home my grandaughter is trying to purchase. He spent aproxamently 5 hours inspecting a 1275 sq ft home. His 131 page report was e-mailed to my grandaughter & myself within 4 hours of finishing the report. He covered every sq inch of the home & detached garage with honest & informative information and detailed photos. We found his unbiased professional opinion of repair suggestions & detailed summaries to be most invaluable. His services were very affordable. Mark is very thorough and did a great job for us. The detail and pictures from his report were very helpful and his thoughtfulness was second to none. When we contacted him about inspecting our house it was going to snow, he made sure that he got to the house to check the roof before it was covered. He went above and beyond of what you would expect anyone to do. I would personally recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection.

We contacted Mark Libby with Assurance Home Inspections to conduct a home inspection and he was quick to respond and very professional. Mark conducted the inspection within days and provided us the report the same day as the inspection. His report was so thorough with explanations and pictures of any defects and pictures of how to correct the defect. I have had prior inspections in a different state and Mark's report was above and beyond.
