Being new to the Kershaw area we called Kershaw Heating and Cooling to come in and service our heat pump for our home. Brandan serviced the unit by adding refrigerant to the system; however, it was apparent the 13-year-old unit was not going to make it much further. With the hot months ahead we opted to replace it with a new higher efficiency system. We made an appointment with Ken Roberts to visit and review the current system with an eye for improving efficiency and reducing electrical consumption. Ken made several visits to double check the needed equipment and quoted us a very good "split"

I called them inquiring about new AC and heating unit. They responded in a timely matter and I was given an estimate. When I went to talk to Ken, he had done some research and found me a better deal. Saved me money and had it finished when they said!! Was very happy with the deal!!

An employee who lives down the street from us came over and actually took our unit apart to inspect our air conditioner completely. He was friendly, respected the fact that we have a baby and did not knock, he was efficient and gave us options on how to work with the unit in the future. He also made our house way cooler than it has been. I would refer this company in a heartbeat. It is also very refreshing to see how much your company replies to reviews as well. That is a rare quality to find in businesses today and very impressive.
