True Comfort of the Carolinas recently installed all new duct that was old, worn, falling down and destroyed by cats and rats, breakers that were undersized and would’ve caused our home to burn down while using the heat, repositioned the HVAC unit due to another company not installing it properly and added a pad that could actually withstand the size and weight of the unit, another step the previous company failed to do. True Comfort of the Carolinas was recommended to me and I'm glad I contacted them! They were able to work me in today to add R22 to my older unit. They stayed in touch with me to advise when the technician was on his way. David was on-time, professional, personable, knowledgeable, answered my many questions and I can tell he is very honest--which… is hard to come by these days. We have been dealing with Jason for years with servicing our heat pump. After 14 years it finally gave out. Jason's crew, Chris and Matt, installed a new unit and they did a great job. They were very professional. The unit was installed and running in about 6 hours. We highly recommend True Comfort of the Carolinas.
