Services
Our goal is to assess patient health problems and needs. We develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. We administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. We may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. We make requisition and recommendation to and for advance medical assistance not supplied by the agencies.
Our goal to assist with patient's personal care, including but not limited to: bathing, shampoo hair, oral hygiene, and general skin care, as well dressing or grooming. We assist with Care Plan for patients/clients: mobility and ambulation, transfers, assistance with walker use, etc. We provide simple procedures as instructed by the therapist or nurse.
