Adult Medical Day Care is a facility giving our clients access to preventive, diagnostic therapeutic and rehabilitative services, allowing them to keep their independence and remain in the community. Our Memory Care Club is designed for those with memory impairment allowing them to live life to the fullest while remaining in their home. Our Social Adult Day Care is a structured program that provides functionally impaired older adults with socialization, supervision, personal care, and nutrition in a protective setting.
