Monday and Wednesdays 7:30 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. for beginners, the intermediate and advanced class runs until 9:30 p.m. The Seishin Karate Club focuses on teaching traditional forms (kata) and drills as means of understanding the dynamics necessary to deliver effective self-defense techniques. Our classes emphasize a well-rounded conditioning regime in a safe and cooperative environment.
Advanced students have the option to work on Judo throws and takedowns, Jiu-jitsu holds and counters, T'ai Chi Ch'uan, and traditional Okinawan weaponry (Kobudo). You are welcome to observe or participate in a free introductory class with no obligation. No contracts, no hard sell. If you decide to join, your dues will be $50 per month, $35 for additional family members.
