Hilliard Taekwondo Academy now has classes available in the school as well as continuing with our live stream online options. We want to do our part to help this current health environment come to an end, and for life to return to as normal as possible as quickly as possible. To that end we are following all recommended guidelines, and we need you to do your part, too.

It's been a year of challenges and opportunities, of disappointments and determination, of making the decision to get up and put one foot in front of the other every single day. At Hilliard Taekwondo Academy we're equipping students with the confidence and courage to face adversity and to keep working towards goals without giving up.
Hilliard Taekwondo Academy wants to help students who will be positive influences both inside and outside our academy walls. Our Kids Taekwondo classes will help a child of any experience level learn martial arts in a fun and exciting way, while also having the right structure so that they can learn effectively.
If you're looking for a great place for your teen or yourself to gain strength while also getting in an aerobic workout, look no further than our Teen and Adult Martial Arts program. Not only will you see an increase in self-confidence and your level of health, you'll also learn how to defend yourself should a dangerous situation arise.
If you ever find yourself in a tough situation, you'll need to know how to defend yourself. That's why at Hilliard Taekwondo Academy we host events where we teach self defense techniques that will keep you safe. From women's self defense and beyond, we're here to prepare you for anything.

I love this place very much, not only it teaches kids how to stay active and focused, the instructors always talk to kids about different life lessons and manners. Thank you very much. Miss Thompson is awesome, as well as all the instructors and helpers! Blake has been there just over a year, and he always says how much he loves coming.

Ms. Thompson and her fellows instructors are nothing short of amazing! We are in the Little Ninjas program and my son has progressed so much in a short time because of the ability she has to work with the kids. She never forces anything and will take time to go work with a kid one on one off to the side if she needs. She has a very good way of getting my son to listen, something I don’t even know how to do! Absolutely recommend HTA.

I have been doing taekwondo off and on now for about 5 - 6 yrs now. And I have trained at many different schools. I started out at HTA and left for personal reasons not related to my training. For scheduling reasons I started training at another school for about a year. The facilities at the 2nd school were appalling. It stunk of smelly feet and BO. But while I had never smelled anything like that at HTA I was willing to over look it to be training again and this time with my whole family. At HTA, while my kids and I were all enrolled each of us were in different classes hence the scheduling conflict

Updated 2/15/2017. I recently renewed my contract for the 3rd time/3rd year - phenomenal school with phenomenal instructors! Their patience with me has been above and beyond, (and I can be quite frustrating! ). They go out of their way to help you succeed, often staying way past class and they never charge a dime for the extra help. I have attended 4 different schools in my 40+ years, they are truly the best! If you are having a problem, (personal, financial or health), they will talk with you and will work with you! Absolutely the best!
