In a pinch they have been my stable local supplier for ostomy supplies. A lot of dme stores have switched to mail order for ostomy patients which puts me in a bind when something goes wrong or my order gets delayed. I am very thankful for this store being ample in stock and having helpful staff on hand.

Rude customer service. Expect women to use larger straight catheters than normal. Refuse to make any attempt to obtain sizes more appropriate. Stating after laughing, "Well that's all our supplier sends us" instead of making an attempt to find out how to obtain size appropriate.

Love this pharmacy. They do compounding. Delivery is available for people who have transportation issues. Walk next door to Saint Mary of the Assumption and enjoy the peaceful garden while you wait for your prescriptions. Can't do that at Walgreens.

Home owned and operated by the absolute best. Melvin Musgrove. The most honest , hardworking man I know in the pharmaceutical business. I highly recommend this business for all rx and medical equipment needs. They also deliver equipment to your door.

I absolutely love Tower Medic ever since I was in a bind and found them in the heart of the Medical District last year. I needed specialty supplies and they carry tons of Hollister branded ones. The supplies are a bit pricey, but Adrian and Rebecca have been more than awesome, and can recommend the right product for just about any situation. There aren't any good specialty pharmacies where I live, so I had to drive an hour to get there. Glad to know now that they also ship supplies at a minimal cost - at least that softens the blow to my pocketbook and keeps me from having to fight freeway traffic

I went in to get some Allegra D. there was a lady working the window, front and taking all the calls was doing a great job! But when i am the only person in line for 30+minutes while the other lady that is just chatting it up with one of the OLD Pill pushers and could simply acknowledge that im there and see if there is something simply as getting Allegra D for a person? Would have take 5-10minutes tops! But instead, i am waiting patiently for you just to tell me you don't have any!? VERY poor customer server and i would never treat any of my customers that way. Will never go back to this place

This is such a great pharmacy! I have no idea if the prices are above, below or at the going rate and because the customer service is so wonderful, it more than makes up for any price disparity. If the medication is not on-hand, it will be there by the next business day, not several days as some of the large chain stores need. The pharmacists and techs treat each and every customer as a real, live human being with feelings, not just a bearer of a form of payment. The techs all have such cute personalities. I have not had need of a delivery but, I'm sure this person is terrific, as well
