Onsight Movement
Our mission at Onsight Movement is to empower individuals to reach their full potential by delivering the highest quality physical therapy and performance care to our community. The care we provide is always centered around you, because that's the way it should be. We recognize the fact that active, motivated individuals like yourself have differing needs.

That's why we offer several different options for working with us, including in-person and remote. Our clinic is located inside of Origin Climbing & Fitness in Henderson, Nevada. What moves you? We want to know! We take the time to thoroughly listen to what it is you are looking to accomplish.
Services
Jennifer is a former collegiate field hockey athlete and is passionate about the outdoor lifestyle. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2014 and has experience working with clients with a wide array of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
Whether you are recovery from an injury, or looking to develop a sustainable exercise plan that suits your specific needs, we've got you covered with our physical therapy and performance services. At Onsight Movement, we believe that finding the right provider is one of the most important steps in the recovery process.
This two hour, evidenced-based course is designed to empower health care professionals to effectively diagnose, treat, and manage the rock climbing athlete. Coaches, climbers, fitness professionals and students are welcome. No prerequisite rock climbing experience is needed to take this course. The course will begin with an overview of rock climbing basics including disciplines, styles, and human biomechanics.

I've been working with Dr. Jennifer Sauers for a few weeks on therapy for a bulging disc and other misc. nagging/recurring sports injuries. Progress has been excellent so far. I'm gaining new mobility and strength after identifying areas in need of improvement that were likely previously causing my recurring injuries. I'm very satisfied with my progress so far and look forward to completing my entire PT program and getting back into the gym happier and healthier.

Jennifer was great to work with! She helped me treat my finger injury virtually and provided thorough, concrete, and useful advice on how to make sure it healed quickly and what exercises to do to make sure I was getting blood flow in the finger without re-injuring the finger. It was great to be able to talk with her as a climber and because she is as invested in getting you back on the wall as quickly as possible, I felt comfortable with her advice and approach. Highly recommended!

I have gotten to know Jennifer these past few months and have been very fortunate to call her a friend and colleague. She has an excellent approach in managing orthopaedic injuries (in-person or telehealth) while still keeping in mind that we all still want to climb! She is a valuable resource for the Las Vegas climbing community!

I’m a fairly new climber and started to get really bad elbow pain. I saw Onsight Movement in Origin and thought I could see what was causing the pain. My first session Jennifer gave me a lot of information on my form when climbing and why I was developing elbow pain. I was given exercises to do and after a week most of my elbow pain went away.
Jennifer also being a climber helped me build a workout and strength conditioning plan to prevent the same injuries. Also explaining to me how I should schedule my sessions and prioritize what I do in the gym. After couple months I feel a lot stronger

I just finished a 8 week training program with Jennifer and it was everything I wanted. I started climbing this year in June with no prior experience, and as a 40 year old with a desk job and 2 little kids, I wasn't in great shape. For me, climbing has become a fun activity I can use to get into better shape, but with my age and lack of activity I was concerned about potential strain related injuries. Very effective physical therapy. I began the first week of December with a major back injury and by the first week of January, I was ready to run, climb and lift again. The stretches, exercises and therapeutic techniques were specifically what I needed and worked faster and more effectively than I ever expected.

Super knowledgeable and kind. I unfortunately was not able to work with her given due to state licensing issues because I do not live in Nevada. Instead she gave me a great provider recommendation who was local to me. I'm grateful!

Jen is freaking AWESOME. I live in California but reached out to Onsight Movement when I sprained my ankle a little over two weeks before a climbing trip to Rocklands! I was in an absolute panic. I absolutely needed to be climbing again by the trip and I was willing to do anything to make that happen.

When I first sprained my ankle it was so bad I couldn't even put weight on it. To make matters worse, this was the third time I sprained that ankle in the past four years and I had never done any sort of PT for it, so I knew there was going to be a lot of past trauma that ankle was going to

I highly recommend Onsight Movement for anyone in need of physical therapy, but especially climbers. Since I have started working with Jennifer, I have had drastic improvement with a chronic shoulder problem. One of the most remarkable outcomes, is that she has almost completely eliminated some very painful knots in my shoulder through a combination of exercises, stretches, and dry needling. Now that my sources of chronic pain are under control we are working on strengthening my weaknesses so that I stay injury/pain free.

It is so crazy that about 6 months ago I had mostly accepted that chronic
