Derrick has done 2 inspections for me prior to investing into real estate. After inspection was done, I have since decided to walk away from the houses that stole my heart with their face value. He is thorough, and tells you the ugly stuff (and as a buyer, trust me.. I didnt want to hear it!) Yet I am glad he did his job properly, otherwise I would be under contract for property I would have been sinking money into my whole life. But all the business aside, he is a wholesome man and was easy to communicate with. I am not disappointed with the services received.

I called late on a Saturday asking for a home inspection and Derrick was able to get it scheduled Tuesday at 0900. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable brings a lot more than just the home inspection to the table. He is able to explain in detail the radon testing during the walk through. Home inspection was completed in less than 24 hrs. Gave advise on how to protect the home that could cause issues later on. Very Detailed report with pictures of issues and more. Would highly recommend him. Bonus, he gives a healthy military discount! Thank you for your service Derrick!

Albert is professional and friendly. He made the inspection process easy and gave information I wouldn't have thought to ask. He's very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and made sure all questions were answered. Everything we discussed was on the report. Albert came highly recommended and didn't disappoint.
