Chris is very thoughtful and nice and helped me book an appointment with very little advance notice. He is super professional and did a great job evaluating a property for me, as well as telling me what I should know would be issues needing repair. The inspection report he provides is easy to read and includes pictures. I would definitely use this company again.

Chris did a very thorough job on our home inspection. He also has the tools to provide a very complete inspection. The house we had inspected had a tile roof and he had a drone to perform the roof inspection and was able to provide pictures of potential problem areas. A thermal imaging hand held to detect the smallest of issues with water and windows. His report was able to provide us with plenty of information for our request for repairs form. If I ever need another inspection, I would not hesitate to give Chris a call.

Chris was awesome! He was very professional, polite and attentive, and i know he did a good job on the inspection judging by all the small things he even noted on his report. It also felt like having a concerned friend with you, as he strived to really look at safety issues in all areas of the bldg.
And after finding out i'll be in the house alone for awhile (if we do finish escrow lol) he insisted on me and my agent going around the structure with him so i would know where the water shut-off valve is (and even gave instructions on how to turn it on and off) and then showed me the electric panel
